We keep things simple when making Panda Natural licorice We follow the instructions left as a legacy by our great licorice maker Väinö Hilden. We make licorice from only a few carefully selected natural ingredients without any artificial nasty ingredients. We use a traditional method of slowly cooking them together to make a dough. After cooking, we finally press the licorice candy dough into shape. The traditional method of making it this way gives it the distinctive chewy softness.
