Cocoa Lite is a delicious, smooth and creamy milk chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. (Cocoa "Lite" Represents light colored chocolate, not fewer calories or fat). 6-8% cocoa. During the warmer months, you’ll probably notice a whiteish coating that appears on the surface of the chocolate. We call this a bloom this is caused by changes in temperature when the cocoa butter inside the chocolate melts and separates from the rest of the ingredients. This is normal, especially when the chocolate is shipped via truck. Bloom will not affect the taste of chocolate. This is a melting chocolate and the bloom will disappear once the chocolate is properly melted and formed.
